The challenge:

On working with us, UJJI pivoted their business model from industry agnostic content to business specific content utilising AI.

How we helped:

We built UJJI a product capable of supporting their value proposition pivot, taking a company’s internal documents, PPTs, videos and turning it into gamified training experiences. Using AI, we have been able to support the creation of business specific content creating a bespoke AI tool for UJJI.

The outcome:

Content creation time was reduced by over 5 hours and the number of tools needed for content creation was reduced from 5 to 2. Consequently, UJJI has saved hundreds a month in tool subscriptions and seen over 60% revenue growth vs the previous year.

Helping a leading finance provider to the NHS deliver a project that had been in progress for 3 years, in 3 months

The challenge:

Their existing tech partner hadn't delivered and our client was under pressure to develop a quality service to a tight deadline.

How we helped:

Provided a simple yet innovative proof of concept aimed at time poor NHS nurses in just 6 sprints.​We also created a bank of reusable components​ for future roll outs of a similar concept.

The outcome:

22,000 NHS Nurses could quickly and easily understand their pension options.The reusable components enabled our client to save time / money on future builds.

The challenge:

Wagonex wanted to implement AI to improve customer experience, profitability, internal operations and customer experience and stay ahead of their competition.

How we helped:

We uncovered 15 AI opportunities to improve efficiency and revenue and prioritised 5 that would make the biggest impact inline with their priorities and business goals.

The outcome:

We're currently kicking off the first AI project with Wagonex. The plan is to focus on the top 5 opportunities we uncovered.

CREATING CONNECTIONS

Helping Elizabeth's Smile create a product to support child grief through connection.

The challenge:

Elizabeth’s Smile exists to address a child’s grief before it becomes suffering. Their mission was to create a product that provided these children with memories, connection and support, especially over the long term.

How we helped:

The team conducted a full discovery to understand the experience of grief and the gaps and challenges with the current support available.
We built a platform that facilitates community and where children who have lost a parent are able to learn about their parent, ask for help when needed, and connect with the parent they've lost through stories, videos, and pictures.

The outcome:

We launched the platform in time for London Tech Week, where the founder, Nick, spoke on stage in front of thousands of people.

Improving Editorielle's platform and website, to boost revenue and improve user interaction and requests.

The challenge:

Editorielle had gone to market with an MVP and was showing good traction, however they had a number of manual processes in place that prevented scale and efficiency.

How we helped:

We built a new SaaS platform, automated the subscription process, and redesigned the website's look and feel. We also implemented a new revenue arm to the business and implemented features to increase user retention and understanding of the service.

The outcome:

Our work together has enabled 146% revenue growth, more than doubled MRR and increased requests and pitches by 2x and 3x respectively.

Boosting corporate gifting experience and efficiency with the seamless subscription solution.

The challenge:

CakeDrop’s previous website caused significant operational challenges with a high volume of offline inquiries and manual processes for managing subscription products causing friction. business specific content utilising AI.

How we helped:

We built a custom Shopify e-commerce solution and platform that integrates with various HR systems to enhance user experience, boost sales and seamless automation of employee gifting stabilising Cakedrop's recurring revenue.

The outcome:

The solutions enabled a 96% growth compared to Q4 2023.

CREATING GROWTH

Helping window cleaning business Tidal create a seamless mobile app experience.

The challenge:

Tidal’s original apps were built by an agency without any product or user-thinking. Although usable, they were not scalable or secure enough to give the founder or users the results they were looking for.

How we helped:

We completed extensive remedial work to bring the apps up to an F+L standard of robustness. We then completely overhauled the user experience of the apps so they were aligned with what window cleaners needed them to do and eased the founder's workload.

The outcome:

The KPI for the project was to acquire and onboard 15 new window cleaning locations in 3 months. We reached this KPI in 3 weeks. Plus, a further 15 existing locations were able to move their own operations over to the Tidal app.
